What Premium gives you

• No ads in public channels.
• Files up to 4 GB each, and faster downloads.
• Voice-to-text for voice and video messages.
• Premium stickers, unique reactions and custom emoji.
• Emoji statuses, animated profile pictures and a Premium badge.
• Doubled limits, for example on channels, folders and pinned chats.
• Real-time translation of chats and channels.

The full list is in Telegram's Premium FAQ.

Who can receive it

Telegram Premium can be given to any personal Telegram account with a username, including your own, as long as it doesn't already have Premium. The bot checks this when you enter the username, and again just before it sends the M-Pesa prompt, so you don't pay for a gift that can't be delivered.

Delivery and refunds

• Delivery starts as soon as M-Pesa confirms your payment. If an order takes longer, the bot tells you, and you can follow it under My Orders.
• If we can't deliver an order you paid for, we refund the amount you paid to the M-Pesa number that paid.
• Delivered Premium can't be reversed or moved to another account, so check the username before you pay.

Other ways to pay for Premium

You can also subscribe inside the Telegram app, or through Telegram's @PremiumBot in some versions of the app. We compare every option honestly in How to pay for Telegram Premium in Kenya. If @PremiumBot won't work for you, here's why.
